Mai X. Duong, MD, is a pediatrician at Austin Regional Clinic, practicing at ARC Southwest in Austin. Dr. Duong joined ARC in 1998 and is Board Certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Duong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, received her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and completed her residency at the University of Arizona Affiliated Hospitals. She serves as Co-Chief of ARC Pediatrics, and is a member of the Travis County Medical Society.

Dr. Duong has been listed as one of Austin Monthly magazine’s “Austin’s Top Doctors” and “Top Docs for Kids” in 2021 and 2022. She has also been named a “Super Doctor” by Texas Monthly magazine for the past five years, 2019-2023.

In her free time, Dr. Duong enjoys spending time with her husband, also an ARC pediatrician, and three daughters. She enjoys running, sometimes with her “well-meaning but very ill-mannered chocolate Lab!,” and has completed several marathons.
